A Healthier Approach To Weight Loss

If losing weight has felt frustrating, confusing, or impossible to maintain, you are not alone. Many people are told to “eat less and move more” without ever understanding what may be affecting their metabolism, hormones, muscle mass, blood sugar, inflammation, or long-term results.

At Renewed Wellness, we do not believe in handing you a medication, calling it a miracle fix, and sending you on your way. Our approach combines medical insight, body composition tracking, nutrition support, lifestyle guidance, and accountability so your weight loss plan supports your whole health, not just short-term weight change.

A Healthier Approach To Weight Loss

At Renewed Wellness, we do not believe in handing you a medication, calling it a miracle fix, and sending you on your way. Our approach combines medical insight, body composition tracking, nutrition support, lifestyle guidance, and accountability so your weight loss plan supports your whole health, not just short-term weight change.

Medical Weight Loss Might Be Right For You If…

You have tried to lose weight but struggle to keep it off
You feel like your metabolism has slowed down
You are navigating hormone changes, insulin resistance, or blood sugar concerns
You want medical support instead of guessing on your own
You want medical support instead of guessing on your own
You are interested in GLP-1 medications but want safe oversight
You want a non-medication option like THINNR
You are ready to prioritize protein, movement, and strength
You want to lose fat while preserving muscle

Our Weight Loss Options

Every patient’s body, health history, and goals are different. That is why your provider will help determine which path may be the best fit after reviewing your needs, symptoms, lifestyle, and medical history.

Click each option to learn more about our approach.

Semaglutide is a GLP-1 option that may help reduce appetite and support weight loss for appropriate patients. Your provider will review your health history, symptoms, goals, and progress to determine whether semaglutide is a safe and appropriate fit.

At Renewed Wellness, patients using GLP-1s must be willing to prioritize strength training, protein intake, and lifestyle changes because losing weight without protecting muscle can slow metabolism and make long-term maintenance harder.

Tirzepatide is another injectable weight loss option that works with hormone pathways involved in appetite and blood sugar regulation. When appropriate, it may be used as part of a provider-guided plan that includes follow-up visits, nutrition support, and body composition tracking.

THINNR is a 90-day, medically guided weight-management program designed to support safe, steady results with ongoing provider oversight. Throughout the program, you will have four in-clinic visits to ensure progress, adjust your plan, and support long-term success.

Visit 1: Program Start (45 minutes)

This longer visit begins your THINNR journey. We:

  • Review your health history and goals
  • Get baseline measurements
  • Enroll you in the THINNR app for tracking and support
  • Start your personalized treatment plan

Visit 2: Progress Check-In (20 minutes)

About midway through the program (day 42), you’ll return for a brief check-in to:

  • Review progress and weight trends
  • Address questions or side effects
  • Make adjustments if needed to keep you on track
  • Visit 3: Maintenance Transition (20 minutes)
  • As you move out of the active weight-loss phase (around day 73), this visit focuses on:
  • Assessing progress
  • Transitioning into maintenance support
  • Fine-tuning your plan for sustainability

Visit 4: Final Visit & Review (45 minutes)

At the end of the 90 days, we:

  • Complete your final weigh-in
  • Review overall results and body changes
  • Discuss next steps and long-term strategies to maintain success

Questions We Often Get

Yes. All weight loss services at Renewed Wellness begin with a consultation so we can review your health history, goals, symptoms, medications, and lifestyle. This helps us determine which option is safest and most appropriate for your body.

Renewed Wellness offers several medically guided weight loss options, including GLP-1 support, semaglutide, tirzepatide, THINNR, ProLon, and InBody analysis. Your provider will help determine which option or combination of options best fits your needs.

Semaglutide and tirzepatide are both injectable medications that may support weight loss by helping with appetite, cravings, and blood sugar regulation. They work slightly differently in the body, so your provider will review your health history and goals to determine which option may be a better fit.

THINNR is a structured, provider-guided weight loss program focused on metabolism, inflammation, fat loss, muscle preservation, and long-term maintenance. It may be a good option for patients who want a guided approach that supports sustainable change.

ProLon is a fasting-mimicking nutrition program designed to give the body some of the benefits of fasting while still providing food-based nourishment. It may be used to support metabolic health, cellular renewal, and whole-body wellness as part of a broader care plan.

Yes. At Renewed Wellness, patients using GLP-1 medications must be willing to include weight training or strength-based exercise as part of their plan. This helps protect muscle mass, support metabolism, and encourage healthier long-term results.

Muscle plays a major role in metabolism, strength, energy, and long-term weight maintenance. Losing weight without protecting muscle can slow your metabolism and make it harder to maintain results, which is why protein intake, movement, and InBody tracking are important parts of our approach.

InBody analysis measures more than just weight. It helps track body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, and other body composition changes so we can better understand whether your weight loss is supporting your overall health.

Follow-up timing depends on your specific plan, medication, and progress. For patients using weight loss medications, routine in-person follow-ups are required to monitor results, review body composition, answer questions, and determine refills or adjustments.

No. We do not on quick fixes or “miracle” weight loss. Our goal is to help you lose weight responsibly, protect your muscle, support your metabolism, and build habits that can last.

After weight loss, the focus shifts to maintenance, metabolic support, and keeping healthy habits in place. Your provider may recommend continued follow-ups, InBody analysis, nutrition support, strength training, or transition planning to help you maintain your progress.
