We can work with patients under the age of 18 with gut health concerns, but we are not currently seeing any children under the age of 12.

not prescribe controlled substances — this includes stimulants, pain
medications, or similar.
Our focus is functional and root-cause medicine, not to give you a miracle pill and send you on your way.
Yes. Before receiving IV therapy, we need to have your health history and current lab work on file. While IV drips contain vitamins and nutrients, conditions such as kidney or heart issues can be affected by larger volumes of fluid — your safety is always our priority.
We’re not your average medical office, and that’s intentional. At Renewed Wellness, we take a functional medicine approach, meaning we’re focused on finding and addressing the root cause of what’s affecting your health, not just managing symptoms.
Here’s what sets us apart:
- We spend time with you.
- Because we operate outside the insurance
model, we’re not rushing through 15-minute appointments. Your care
gets the attention it deserves.

Pricing and Memberships
Yes. Renewed Wellness is proud to partner with Cherry to offer payment plans for our clients. Click here to get started.
We are a self-pay practice and do not accept insurance. Much of what we offer falls outside of what standard insurance covers — and frankly, we don’t want insurance dictating your care. The traditional insurance model limits appointments to 15–30 minutes. We believe you deserve more than that, and this model allows us to spend real, quality time with you and leaves the experts in charge of your health, not insurance agents.
New Patients
In the beginning, we’ll see you more frequently — typically every 2–3 months — to assess
how your plan is working and make any needed adjustments.
Once you’re established and thriving, visits move to approximately every 6 months.
Patients on testosterone therapy are seen every 4 months, as required by the DEA for controlled substance prescribing.
Yes. All new medical-side patients begin with an initial wellness consultation so we can understand your history, symptoms, and goals before making recommendations.
Your first visit typically lasts 60–90 minutes. This gives us time to listen, ask questions, review your concerns, and determine what testing or next steps may be helpful.
The initial consultation fee includes your first visit and one follow-up visit for lab review. Lab costs are separate and may vary depending on what testing is recommended.
Labs are typically scheduled after your initial consultation once your provider determines what testing is appropriate for your symptoms and goals.
Please bring a list of medications and supplements, any recent lab work, your health history, current symptoms, wellness goals, questions, and your payment method.
Yes. Renewed Wellness works alongside your current healthcare team and does not replace your primary care provider. You should continue seeing your primary care provider for emergencies, routine care, and preventive screenings.
Yes. Massage, facials, dermaplaning, and other select aesthetic services can be booked directly and do not require a wellness consultation.
Integrative Medicine
Integrative medicine is a whole-person approach to care that looks at your symptoms, health history, labs, lifestyle, hormones, gut health, nutrition, stress, and environment. Instead of only asking how to manage a symptom, we look deeper to better understand why it may be happening and what support your body needs to function well.
They are closely related. Some practices use the term functional medicine, but at Renewed Wellness, we use “integrative medicine” because our care blends conventional medical knowledge with root-cause wellness support. Our goal is not to replace traditional medicine, but to use the right tools at the right time while helping your body move toward better long-term function.
Yes. A consultation is required before medical-side services, including IV nutrition and lab testing, so we can understand your health history, symptoms, medications, and goals. This helps us make sure any testing or treatment recommendations are safe, appropriate, and personalized to you.
Recommended testing depends on your symptoms, goals, and provider recommendations. Testing may include comprehensive lab reviews, hormone testing, thyroid markers, gut health testing such as GI maps, DUTCH testing, adrenal testing, food sensitivity testing, mold testing, metals testing, environmental toxin testing, or other labs that help us better understand what may be affecting your health.
Yes, these are some of the most common areas addressed through integrative medicine at Renewed Wellness. Your provider may look at patterns related to hormones, gut health, thyroid function, adrenal health, nutrition, stress, toxins, and lifestyle to help identify what may be contributing to symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, weight changes, digestive concerns, or feeling “off.”
Renewed Wellness does not treat Lyme disease directly. However, testing may be discussed when appropriate, and if results suggest Lyme disease or a concern that needs specialty care, you may be referred to a provider who focuses on that area.
Coverage can vary depending on your insurance plan and the type of lab work recommended. Some labs may be completed in-office at a discounted cash rate or submitted through insurance when applicable. Renewed Wellness does not mark up the price of functional tests, but consultation time is billed for reviewing results and creating recommendations.
After your first appointment, recommended lab work is typically completed to help guide your care plan. You will then return for a follow-up visit where your provider reviews your results, explains key findings, and discusses the first phase of your personalized plan. That plan may include nutrition, lifestyle changes, supplements, hormone support, IV nutrition, additional testing, or other recommendations based on your needs.
Weight Loss Services
Renewed Wellness offers several medically guided weight loss options, including GLP-1 support, semaglutide, tirzepatide, THINNR, ProLon, and InBody analysis. Your provider will help determine which option or combination of options best fits your needs.
Semaglutide and tirzepatide are both injectable medications that may support weight loss by helping with appetite, cravings, and blood sugar regulation. They work slightly differently in the body, so your provider will review your health history and goals to determine which option may be a better fit.
THINNR is a structured, provider-guided weight loss program focused on metabolism, inflammation, fat loss, muscle preservation, and long-term maintenance. It may be a good option for patients who want a guided approach that supports sustainable change.
ProLon is a fasting-mimicking nutrition program designed to give the body some of the benefits of fasting while still providing food-based nourishment. It may be used to support metabolic health, cellular renewal, and whole-body wellness as part of a broader care plan.
Yes. At Renewed Wellness, patients using GLP-1 medications must be willing to include weight training or strength-based exercise as part of their plan. This helps protect muscle mass, support metabolism, and encourage healthier long-term results.
Muscle plays a major role in metabolism, strength, energy, and long-term weight maintenance. Losing weight without protecting muscle can slow your metabolism and make it harder to maintain results, which is why protein intake, movement, and InBody tracking are important parts of our approach.
InBody analysis measures more than just weight. It helps track body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, and other body composition changes so we can better understand whether your weight loss is supporting your overall health.
Follow-up timing depends on your specific plan, medication, and progress. For patients using weight loss medications, routine in-person follow-ups are required to monitor results, review body composition, answer questions, and determine refills or adjustments.
No. We do not on quick fixes or “miracle” weight loss. Our goal is to help you lose weight responsibly, protect your muscle, support your metabolism, and build habits that can last.
After weight loss, the focus shifts to maintenance, metabolic support, and keeping healthy habits in place. Your provider may recommend continued follow-ups, InBody analysis, nutrition support, strength training, or transition planning to help you maintain your progress.
Women’s Health Services
Revived V is a feminine wellness treatment approach designed to support vaginal tissue health, pelvic floor strength, urinary concerns, intimacy comfort, and overall confidence. Our Revived V treatments feature EmpowerRF technologies by INMODE such as FormaV, VTone, Morpheus8V, or a combination of treatments based on your needs and goals.
Revived V may help support concerns such as vaginal dryness, vaginal laxity, urinary leakage, urgency, intimacy discomfort, decreased sensitivity, and changes after childbirth or menopause. Your provider will help determine whether this treatment is appropriate for you.
VTone uses electromagnetic energy to stimulate pelvic floor muscle contractions, which may help with urinary incontinence and pelvic floor strength.
Morpheus8V is another radiofrequency, non-surgical procedure performed in-office that delivers pulses of energy deep into the vaginal and vulvar tissue. It treats deep beneath the surface improving the collagen and elastin production and increasing the strength and thickness of feminine tissue. This leads to more support, lubrication, and elasticity of the vagina and vulva.
Morpheus8V helps resolve stress and urge incontinence makeing it the first device that can markedly improve the symptoms of mixed incontinence. Studies have shown proven benefits for more than 90% of treated women.
Morpheus8V can be paired with FormaV and VTone to optimize your outcomes, as well as exosomes to accelerate healing.
Downtime depends on the treatment recommended. Some options may have little to no downtime, while others may require a short period of avoiding certain activities. Our team will walk you through what to expect before and after your treatment.
Yes. A consultation is needed before Revived V so we can understand your symptoms, health history, goals, and determine which treatment option is the safest and best fit for you.
Common signs may include hot flashes, night sweats, mood changes, brain fog, poor sleep, low libido, vaginal dryness, irregular or uncomfortable periods, fatigue, weight changes, breast tenderness, and changes in digestion or bone health.
BHRT stands for bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. It uses hormones designed to closely match the hormones your body naturally makes and may be recommended to help support hormone balance during perimenopause, menopause, or other seasons of hormone change.
DUTCH testing is a hormone test that provides a deeper look at hormone levels and how the body processes them. It may help your provider better understand patterns related to estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, cortisol, adrenal function, and other markers that can affect how you feel.
For some women, hormone therapy may help support symptoms related to perimenopause or menopause, such as hot flashes, night sweats, sleep struggles, mood changes, vaginal dryness, low libido, and changes in energy or body composition. Your provider will review your symptoms, labs, and health history to determine whether hormone therapy is appropriate for you.
Yes. Every woman’s body, symptoms, and goals are different, so care should never feel one-size-fits-all. At Renewed Wellness, we take time to listen, review your concerns, and create a thoughtful plan that supports your comfort, confidence, and whole-body wellness.
Massage Therapy
No. Massage therapy can be booked directly and does not require a medical consultation. If you are unsure what type of appointment to schedule, our team can help guide you.
A 30-minute massage is best for focused work on one specific area. A 60-minute massage is a good option for general therapeutic support, while a 90-minute massage allows more time for deeper work or multiple areas of concern.
MediCupping uses gentle suction to help lift and separate tissue, support fascia release, and improve movement. It may be recommended as an add-on for areas of tightness, restriction, or recurring discomfort.
No. While massage can be relaxing, our approach is therapeutic and focused on helping your body feel and move better. Massage may support relief from muscle tension, stiffness, pain patterns, limited mobility, and stress-related tightness.
That depends on your goals, symptoms, and how your body responds. Some clients benefit from regular massage for ongoing support, while others schedule as needed for tension, discomfort, or recovery.
Your therapist will talk with you about areas of concern, comfort level, pressure preferences, and your goals for the session. From there, your massage will be tailored to what your body needs that day.

Aesthetic Services
If you want a relaxing, skin-refreshing treatment, a customized facial is a great place to start. If you are looking for a more complete refresh that includes dermaplaning and additional finishing touches, the Renewed Facial may be a better fit.
Dermaplaning is a gentle exfoliation treatment that removes dead skin cells and fine facial hair, often called peach fuzz. It can help your skin feel smoother, look brighter, and better absorb skincare products.
Microneedling uses tiny, controlled micro-injuries to help stimulate the body’s natural healing response. This treatment may support collagen production and improve the appearance of fine lines, uneven texture, enlarged pores, and acne scarring.
Morpheus8 is an advanced skin rejuvenation treatment that combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy. It may help improve the appearance of skin laxity, fine lines, texture, and overall firmness.
This depends on your skin goals, skin type, and current routine. Many clients benefit from regular facials every 4–6 weeks, while others schedule seasonally or as needed for a refresh.
Some redness, sensitivity, swelling, or dryness may occur after microneedling or Morpheus8. Downtime varies by treatment and your skin’s response, and our team will walk you through what to expect before and after your appointment.
Yes, certain treatments such as microneedling and Morpheus8 may help improve the appearance of acne scarring, uneven texture, enlarged pores, and dullness. Your provider can help recommend the best option based on your skin and goals.
Come with clean skin if possible and avoid any harsh exfoliants, retinoids, or irritating products before more advanced treatments unless our team tells you otherwise. If you have questions about medications, active breakouts, recent sun exposure, or skin sensitivity, please contact us before your appointment.
Appointments are reserved specifically for you, so 24 hour advance notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee, so please review the cancellation policy on our pricing page before booking. Please note that a text in the patient portal or a direct message on social media is not an appropriate or accepted way of cancellation. You must call our office or leave a message on our voicemail if we are not available to notify us of cancellation.
Care That Starts With Listening
Many patients come to us after feeling rushed, dismissed, or told everything looks “normal” even when they still do not feel like themselves. Our approach is different because we take time to listen, explain, and help you understand what may be happening in your body.

We Look at the Whole Person
Your symptoms, labs, lifestyle, hormones, gut health, stress, sleep, nutrition, and environment can all affect how you feel.

We Focus On Root Causes
We are not here to hand you a quick fix and send you on your way. We look deeper so your care plan can support long-term wellness

We Keep Care Personal
You are not a chart or a checklist. You are a person with a story, and your care should reflect that.
