Welcome to Renewed Wellness

We are so glad you are here. Starting with a new wellness clinic can feel overwhelming, especially if you have been searching for answers or have felt dismissed in the past. At Renewed Wellness, our goal is to make the process simple, peaceful, and clear from the very beginning.

This page will walk you through what to expect, how to prepare, and how to take your first step toward care that listens, looks deeper, and helps you move toward true renewal.

Step 1: Schedule Your Initial Wellness Consultation

All new medical-side patients begin with an initial wellness consultation. This appointment gives us time to understand your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, goals, and what has led you to Renewed Wellness.

Your initial visit is a comprehensive intake appointment and typically lasts 60–90 minutes. During this time, we will talk through your concerns, review your history, and discuss what lab work or testing may be helpful based on your needs.

Initial Wellness Consultation: $315
This includes your first appointment and one follow-up visit to review labs and discuss the first phase of your care plan.

Start here if you are interested in:

  • Integrative medicine
  • Hormone therapy
  • Weight loss services
  • IV nutrition
  • Lab testing
  • Gut health testing
  • Thyroid, adrenal, or hormone support
  • General wellness care

Step 2: Prepare for Your First Visit

Before your first appointment, our team may ask you to complete intake paperwork so your provider can better understand your symptoms, health history, medications, supplements, and goals.

Please bring the following with you to your initial visit:

  • A current list of medications and supplements
  • Any recent lab work or test results
  • Your health history and major diagnoses
  • A list of current symptoms or concerns
  • Your wellness goals
  • Your questions
  • Your preferred payment method

You do not need to have everything perfectly organized. Just bring what you have, and we will walk through the rest with you.

Step 3: Complete Recommended Labs

After your initial consultation, your provider may recommend lab work to help us better understand what is happening inside your body. These labs help guide your care plan and may give us insight into hormones, thyroid function, inflammation, nutrient levels, gut health, metabolism, adrenal function, or other areas related to your symptoms.

Labs may be completed in-office at a discounted cash rate or submitted through insurance when applicable. Our team will help explain your options and next steps.

Depending on what is recommended, you may schedule a separate lab appointment after your initial consultation.

Step 4: Return for Your Lab Review

Once your results are available, you will return for your included follow-up visit. During this appointment, your provider will review your lab results, explain key findings, and discuss what they may mean for your health.

This visit is where we begin outlining the first phase of your personalized care plan. Your plan may include nutrition support, lifestyle changes, supplements, hormone therapy, IV nutrition, weight loss support, additional testing, or other recommendations based on your needs.

Our goal is not to overwhelm you. Our goal is to help you understand your body and take the next right step.

Step 5: Begin Your Personalized Care Plan

After your lab review, you can decide how you would like to continue care with Renewed Wellness. Some patients move into ongoing wellness support, while others may follow a more specific plan for hormones, weight loss, gut health, IV nutrition, or other concerns.

If you choose to continue with ongoing care, the Renewed Wellness Membership may be recommended. Membership supports continued access, care coordination, and secure provider communication.

Membership is not required for care, but it is helpful for patients who want ongoing support and additional benefits.
